Privacy notice
This notice covers brioclass.com and the beta application form. It says what we collect, why, where it is kept, for how long, and how to have it deleted. Questions go to [email protected].
What the beta form collects

If you send the form again with the same email, we update your earlier application instead of keeping two.
Spam protection
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is sending it. We also use your IP address to limit how often the form can be sent. We don't store your IP address with your application.
Where it is kept
Applications are stored in our database on a server in Germany. Our domain and website run through Cloudflare. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
- If you're not invited, we delete your application after 30 June 2027.
- If you're invited and join, we keep it with your Brio Class teacher account until the account is deleted.
Analytics and cookies
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't follow you across other sites. This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your data
Email [email protected] from the address you applied with and tell us what you'd like: a copy, a correction or deletion. We reply and act within 30 days.
Changes to this notice
If we change this notice, we update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use an application you've already sent, we email you first.
