Beta · January to March 2027

Run one class with Brio, free

We're inviting 3–5 IELTS teachers to use Brio Class with a real class during the pilot, at no cost.

Who we're looking for

  • You teach IELTS Academic, on your own or at a centre
  • You have a class running between January and March 2027
  • You teach from your own materials
  • Your students have a phone, tablet or laptop

What we ask in return

  • Run at least one full round: upload, assign, grade
  • Tell us what works and what doesn't

We read every application and email the teachers we invite in December 2026.

Apply for the beta

Takes about 2 minutes.

Where do you teach?

Questions

Is it free?

Yes. Brio Class is free for the whole pilot, January to March 2027. No card needed.

Which tests does it cover?

IELTS Academic only, for now: Reading, Listening, Writing and Speaking, as practice or as a timed exam.

Which materials can I use?

The PDF, Word and PowerPoint files, audio and video you already teach with. You can also build an exam from a test you already have.

Who can see my students' data?

You see your class. Each student sees only their own work and the scores you've finalized. Brio Class runs on a server in Germany and keeps uploaded files on Cloudflare R2. Recordings of spoken answers are deleted after 60 days; the transcript and scores stay. More in our Privacy notice.

When does it start?

Invitations go out by email in December 2026. Pilot classes run from January to March 2027.
